At bestautopilot.com we try to provide the most excellent service to our customers. As you may notice we only sell a couple of products, this is no accident. We could sell many more products, but we feel that our time and effort are better spent concentrating on the best possible products for your experimental and not the most. By focusing on these products we are able to provide you with adequate installation information and detailed explanation of the products. Having a satisfied customer is our goal. We will work with you until the product performs to spec in your experimental aircraft.
Our prices are very competitive on all our products and installations. There are times when we are unable to personally do the installation; therefore we recommend the job be completed by one of three installers located in the Dallas area and Missouri. After the installation is complete we will set up the autopilot for your aircraft. We have found that after a couple of installations, these installers could figure things out very well, but if they have a problem, or question we are there every step of the way.
Another reason to purchase a Trutrak System is that Trutrak Flight Systems is the only company that allows the original purchase, of any of their products, to be traded in for another Trutrak product, of greater value. You pay the difference between both the products published price at the time of the exchange. Both products must be currently available for sale.
